Wake up, kids: Don’t let NFL think for you
Sasan Rahmatian and Pearl Morgan (letters Sept. 11) could not have said it better! Way to go! They are spot on in their assessments of spoiled, entitled American citizens who only serve to denigrate America.
We should be so grateful to those who have given their own lives and the lives of their precious family members for our freedom in America. Sitting during our nation’s anthem is the exact opposite of support.
That this behavior is encouraging others to follow is absurd and further example of how many follow cluelessly without thinking for themselves.
Kids, wake up! Do not let the National Football League or anyone else sway you – please read up on your history lessons first!
