At age 97, I’m voting for Hillary and here’s why

I will be 97 at the time of the November election and who will I vote for? I have voted as a Democrat for 76 years and will continue to do so.

Am I excited about the ticket? No! Will I vote for the Democratic candidate? Yes! And why? Hillary has screwed up many times and what happens to intelligent people who make mistakes? They have to try harder, and she must keep her feet to the fire to do so.

The main reason I will stick with the party is because Hillary is surrounded with intelligent people who have had positive experiences. She has selected an intelligent running mate who has also enjoyed positive experiences.

With this team we can stay on a track of success for this great country. If a positive Republican was running would I vote for him or her? Certainly, it isn’t beyond me to choose a right person for the most important job in the world. But in 2016, I remain a Democrat.
