Caltrans wastes money on Highway 198
I’d like to know why Caltrans is repaving a newly paved stretch of Highway 198 near Coalinga.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the road in this area. However, there are some terrible places nearby that could use new pavement. As a taxpaying citizen, I demand to know why our tax dollars are being so foolishly squandered.
