Caption contest: Analyze this poor, suffering voter

We’re sure many can empathize with this poor voter on a psychiatrist’s couch. It’s been a rough-and-tumble campaign season. The ice bag on his head likely isn’t easing his pain.

But here’s the question: What is his analyst saying? Is he offering comfort? Criticism? A 12-step political detox program?

That’s where you come in. Tell us what should go inside the word balloon. Post your entry (or entries; we’re not picky) in this story’s comment section (you also can email entries to swparra@fresnobee.com). And make sure we can reach you, either through your Facebook account or elsewhere, BECAUSE ...

There’s a prize. “Pinot Envy” is a charming little book by our editorial cartoonist, SW Parra. And a copy is yours if we choose your caption as the winner.

Entry deadline: 5 p.m. Wednesday. We’ll announce the caption champ Thursday on this story and on The Bee’s social media.

Thanks for playing.
