Will it rain in Fresno on Halloween? Here’s the forecast for trick-or-treating
Witches and werewolves in Fresno are in for a treat this Halloween — at least when it comes to the weather forecast.
Trick-or-treaters are in for a calm and clear evening where they won’t have to worry about bundling up too much, according to the National Weather Service.
During the day on Friday, Oct. 31, it will be sunny with a high near 76 degrees, the weather service forecast says.
Will it rain on Halloween in Fresno?
Rain is not in the weather forecast on Halloween in Fresno.
A “calm wind” will roll in from the west going northwest. It shouldn’t reach more than 5 mph and will die down later in the evening.
At night when trick-or-treating ramps up, the weather will be “mostly clear” with a low around 54 degrees.
Those who prefer an indoor trick-or-treating experience can head to the Fashion Fair mall to “journey from store to store to stuff your bags and take a look at what’s new.” Kids under 10 years old can “look for the pumpkin in each store entrance to see who’s participating and who still has candy,” the mall said on its website.
The rest of the weekend should also be pleasant, with that same calm wind and mostly clear and sunny skies during the day.
Saturday, Nov. 1 will be slightly warmer with a high of 78 degrees. Sunday night will be partly cloudy with a low of 55, but no rain or significant storms are in the forecast.
