What will the weather be like in Fresno area on Easter? See latest forecast

Celebrating Easter in the Fresno area?

You can expect sunny skies and warm temperatures for egg hunts, bunny meet-and-greets and other springtime fun, according to the National Weather Service.

“Temperatures will return to normal across the area” on Friday before rising to above-normal levels over the weekend and into early next week, the weather agency said in an X post.

Fresno had a 45% chance of a high temperature exceeding 85 degrees on Easter Sunday, according to the agency.

The probability of temperatures above 85 degrees will rise to 65% on Monday and 85% on Tuesday, the weather service said.

Although temperatures will be “a little above normal, we’re not expecting any excessive heat,” said David Spector, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Hanford.
