Ukraine's draft law on EU loan pact seeks funds of $104 billion
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has submitted a draft law on ratification of a loan agreement with the European Union, a document posted on parliament's website showed on Thursday.
The draft sets out a framework for Ukraine to attract total funds of 90 billion euro ($104 billion), according to an accompanying explanatory note.
