SINGAPORE - Oil prices slipped on Monday as the U.S. and Iran remained at odds over a peace deal, fueling concerns that continued restrictions on Middle East oil shipping via the Strait of Hormuz could hurt global economic growth.

Brent crude futures fell $4.64, or 4.48%, to $98.90 a barrel by 2203 GMT and U.S. West Texas Intermediate was at $92.18 a barrel, down $4.42, or 4.58%.
