Napa Valley estate is like a fairytale in the hills — and Ryan Seacrest is selling it
Nestled away in the gorgeous hills of Napa Valley, within the greenery of Northern California sits a property that’s like a dream come true — and it’s owned by one of the most famous TV and radio personalities in Hollywood.
That’s right, Ryan Seacrest is parting ways with his St. Helena abode, a home with some pretty epic views. It’s listed for $22 million by Cyd Greer with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.
“Located in a lovely setting with beautiful, filtered views and privacy, what really stands out is the tranquility of the site,” Greer said of the home in a news release. “You are enveloped in this wonderfully diverse natural setting that is so relaxing — almost meditative.”
The property consists of a primary residence, vineyard, pool house and guest house across about 40 acres. The main house is 8,650 square feet with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and an abundance of features including:
Inner courtyard
Chef’s kitchen
Private terrace
Guest suites
Library gallery
TV room
Wine cellar
Gym
Laundry room
Garden prep room
Storage room
Garage
Fireplaces
Pizza oven
The property underwent a remodel over the past year, according to the release.
“Based on the client’s wishes, the goal of the renovation of the main house was to provide a fresh and light feeling, suited for a more modern lifestyle. To achieve the goal of more open and connected spaces, we reconfigured some of the rooms and changed the finishes and materials,” Silvia Nobile, partner of Nobili Marques Arquitectura said in the release.
“We also simplified and altered the more ornate details, such as the iron guardrail at the living room terrace, which was replaced by a glass guardrail to bring the surrounding landscape into the house.”
The pool house is a studio with a spa-like setting that’s steps away from the swimming pool and offers comfort, and of course, views. The guest house has two bedroom suites along with a balcony and full kitchen.
And the outside is a living, breathing dream.
“Outside, the natural setting boasts mature trees and drought-tolerant native plantings, an in-ground heated Infinity-edge pool and spa, a bocce court, 220 fruiting Italian varietal olive trees and extensive outdoor lighting,” the release says.
“The property has been outfitted with extensive security and surveillance systems, a built-in audio system, a Lutron lighting system and whole-property backup generator.”
Seacrest made his mark on Hollywood by being the host of the popular singing competition show “American Idol” and among his many accomplishments, he started Ryan Seacrest Productions and created hit shows like “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and “Insatiable.”
