Want to ‘live in a theme park?’ Then check out this California house for sale
A house with a special backyard has landed on the market in Yucca Valley, California, for $900,000 and has fans of a popular real estate social media page intrigued.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom could make for an “amazing Airbnb or vacation home” thanks to its private water paradise, the listing on Zillow.com says.
“Your own private oasis complete with a spa, grotto and a beach entry, heated saltwater pool with a swim-up bar, slide and outdoor stage and projector for movie nights!” the listing describes.
Of course, the residence comes with other cool features in and around its 1,764 square feet including:
Formal dining room
Fireplace
High ceilings
Breakfast bar in kitchen
Plenty of closet space
But it’s the backyard that managed to nab the attention of Zillow Gone Wild, a Facebook page and Twitter account that highlights unique homes for sale around the country.
“I definitely could enjoy life there!” one person said.
“This seems amazingly normal except for outside!” another noted.
“You forgot to mention the STAGE. This homeowner definitely put all of the focus on the outdoor space,” someone said.
“Can you imagine going to someone’s house and they have a WHOLE grotto?” one person asked.
“As a child, I always wondered what it would be like to live in a theme park,” another joked.
“I need to work harder,” someone tweeted.
“It’s ‘Viva Rock Vegas’ or whatever that Flintstones film was called,” one person said.
Yucca Valley is located just outside of Joshua Tree National Park.
