A semi truck overturned on an interstate ramp in Kentucky, spilling thousands of Bud Light cans along the shoulder and median.

The truck overturned around 8:50 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 10, at the Interstate 71 southbound ramp to Interstate 265, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department. The driver was uninjured.

Photos show most of the Bud Light cases spilled onto the shoulder and median of the exit ramp.

It’s unclear how long it will take to clean up the spill, police said. While a lot of the Bud Light cans came out of the packaging, many of the cases remained intact, WLKY reported.

WDRB reporter Grace Hayba said crews were spending “multiple hours” cleaning up the mess.

It’s not the first significant crash involving a semi-truck hauling Bud Light in the Louisville area this year. In March, Interstate 65 in Hardin County was briefly closed after a truck hauling Bud Light Platinum glass bottles crashed.
