NFL star’s storybook-looking home hits the market at $2.8M in California. Check it out
The Chicago Bears are 4-10 this season and officially eliminated from playoff contention — but it’s apparently a good time for injured linebacker Khalil Mack to sell his house.
Mack’s San Ramon home — one that he’s owned since playing for the Oakland (now Las Vegas) Raiders, according to TMZ — is up for grabs in California for $2.88 million.
The four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home resides in the gated community of Norris Canyon Estates and sits on a corner lot complete with epic, fairy-tale-like views from nearly every window.
Spread across 3,641 square feet, the home offers up some premium features including:
Upgraded hardwood floors
Home theater
Gas fireplace
Solar panels
Gourmet kitchen
Outside the house is also must-see.
“The backyard is beautifully landscaped with low maintenance drought resistant plants, colored stamped concrete patios, two pergolas, and a gas fire pit,” the listing describes.
Mack was the Raiders first-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft and was traded to Chicago in 2017. According to Players Bio, Mack was supposed to be a basketball player but turned to football after tearing his patella tendon. He played for the University of Buffalo before the Raiders snapped him up with their fifth pick in the first round of the draft.
He was named NFL defensive player of the year in 2016 and is a three-time first-team All-Pro.
Currently, he’s on injured reserve with a season-ending foot injury, CBS reports.
