Fresno State hosts annual wellness fair Wednesday

Fresno State is hosting a “Building a Healthier You,” fall wellness fair Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Satellite Student Union. Free flu shots will be available for students.

The event allows senior public health students to research topics and present information at the fair. Students will also be able to visit campus and community resources such as the Student Cupboard and Student Recreation Center.

In addition to the flu shots, students can participate in a nutrition assessment, discover health-related resources and learn about a variety of topics from food security and stress management to cold and flu prevention and healthy relationship
