Hoover High hosts cyber safety day to educate students on online safety
Hoover High School will host a cyber safety day on Monday to teach students how to be safe online.
All students will participate during an extended second period to learn the impacts of leaving a digital footprint. Students will review two online profiles and discuss what an employer or college recruiter might perceive to be positive or negative.
All Fresno Unified School District students will learn what it takes to be safe, smart, and responsible digital citizens as part of the district’s efforts to recognize National Cyber Security Awareness Month.
Teachers at every grade level at all schools will engage students in grade-specific curriculum to help them understand the role they play in helping secure cyberspace.
