Graduation ceremony for migrant and seasonal farm workers held at Roosevelt High School

The 16th annual High School Equivalency Program’s graduation ceremony for migrant and seasonal farm workers was held at Roosevelt High School on Friday, SER-Jobs for Progress, Inc. said.

The 115 graduates are from Fresno, Madera, Kerman, Orange Cove and Parlier. Over the past 16 years, SER has assisted more than 2,000 farm workers earn their high school equivalencies.

The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Migrant Education.
