UCSF Fresno Doctors Academy students work with Valley physicians
The UCSF Fresno Doctors Academy is providing hands-on clinical and research exposure for high school seniors.
Health professionals from 15 health institutions in the Valley are providing mentorship and real-world experiences for the students from the UCSF Fresno Latino Center for Medical Education and Research.
The 2015 Doctors Academy Senior Summer Clinical Internship and Research Program started on June 22 and will continue until July 24.
Students will present the findings from their research projects on July 23 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the UCSF Fresno Center for Medical Education and Research, 155 N. Fresno St.
