Tulare County Office of Education honors three educators

The Tulare County Office of Education has selected the teacher, school employee and administrator of the year.

Leticia Trevino, principal of Palm Elementary School in Orosi, was named administrator of the year; Christopher Cumiford, history teacher at Visalia Technical Early College High School, was named teacher of the year; and Evelia Alvarez, office manager at Kaweah High School in Exeter Unified School District, was named school employee of the Year.

Award recipients, finalists and nominees will be honored at a recognition breakfast on Nov. 3.
