Body found outside vineyard on Blythe Avenue identified
The Fresno County coroner has identified the body of a man found outside an agricultural property on S. Blythe Ave. on Wednesday as 49-year-old Rafael Garcia of Fresno.
No suspects or arrests have been made and the sheriff’s office is investigating.
