Visalia police identify man found dead in road
The man on a bicycle found dead in the road near 3rd and Pearl streets in Visalia was identified Friday as 48-years-old Willie Champion.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact Visalia Police at 559-734-8117.
