Man arrested in killing of Fresno teen in March

Fresno police arrested a 19-year-old man Tuesday in connection with a shooting death of a 17-year-old boy that occurred in Fresno on March 31.

According to Fresno police, officers found Lorenzo Anderson walking on Ashlan Avenue in east-central Fresno around 9:45 a.m. Anderson was then taken into custody and booked into the Fresno County Jail on suspicion of murder, assault with a deadly weapon and robbery.

Anderson was wanted for allegedly shooting Andrew Vann of Fresno as he sat behind the wheel of his parked car in east-central Fresno in March.
