Two dead, one wounded in Tulare shooting

A man and woman are dead and another man hospitalized after a shooting in Tulare late Thursday.

Tulare police identified the dead as Matthew Osborne, 34, and Jodeci Marcella, 23, both of Tulare. Police did not identify the wounded man, and said he was in stable condition Friday afternoon at Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia.

Police described what they know about the shooting: About 11:20 p.m., police received a call of shots fired in the 400 block of H Street. Officers found three people with gunshot wounds.

All three were taken to Tulare Regional Medical Center, where Osborne and Marcella were pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
