Detectives arrest gang member with stolen vehicle Wednesday
Fresno Police detectives arrested a man driving a stolen vehicle in central Fresno on Wednesday morning.
Detectives were in the area of Fresno Street and Hammond Avenue around 8:30 a.m. when they saw the man driving a reportedly stolen vehicle out of northeast Fresno.
They followed the man back to an apartment complex at 2819 E. Hammond Ave. where they arrested the suspect, identified as Lao Boys gang member Tiengkham Singanonh, 35, of Fresno.
He was booked into the Fresno County Jail for felony auto theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.
