Fresno Fire officials seek ‘person of interest’ in Shaw Avenue fires

The Fresno Fire Department is looking for any information for a person of interest in a string of fires along west Shaw Avenue from Highway 99 to Hayes Avenue.

Michelle Cruz, 45, is described as a Hispanic female adult, approximately 5 feet tall and 120 pounds, with buzzed brown hair and multiple tattoos on the upper body and shoulders.
