Visalia woman arrested on outstanding warrants during motorcycle safety patrol
A Visalia woman was arrested April 1 on four outstanding warrants during a motorcycle safety enforcement operation, Visalia police said.
Helen Pina, 22, was arrested when officers conducted a patrol from 5 to 10 p.m., police said. The operation resulted in 42 vehicles stopped, two field sobriety tests given and three citations for driving without a license. There were also 36 citations issued on other offenses.
The Visalia Police Department will be conducting additional details aimed at motorcycle safety enforcement, the police department said.
