Pair arrested in home invasion at central Fresno motel

A man and a woman were arrrested early Tuesday in Fresno on charges of home invasion at a Blackstone Avenue hotel, police reported.

Sgt. Diana Trueba identified the pair as Eloyd Diaz Maldonado and Rocio Gomez, both 23. The suspects were reportedly armed with a knife when they took money and property from a victim in the 4100 block of North Blackstone Avenue.

Both were booked into Fresno County Jail.
