Two suspected gang members arrested on weapons offenses in Visalia
Two men were arrested in Visalia on suspicion of weapons and gang offenses, police said.
Kao Saeturn, 24, and Michael Cervantez, 19, discarded firearms as they fled from police about 4:45 p.m. Wednesday near Caldwell Avenue and Counter Center Drive, Visalia police said.
Both men were booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on firearms-related charges and a criminal street gang enhancement.
