St. Patrick’s Day DUI sweep in Fresno nets seven drivers

Seven people were booked on charges of driving under the influence Thursday night and Friday morning by Fresno police conducting a DUI sweep linked to St. Patrick’s Day festivities.

A spokesman said 22 vehicles were impounded because the drivers were either arrested or were not legally licensed to drive.
