A motorcyclist was injured when he was struck by a hit and run driver Wednesday morning in central Fresno. The crash took place shortly before 8 a.m. on Clinton Avenue just east of Fresno Street. The suspect vehicle was a dark-colored Ford Expedition or Explorer. The driver fled west on Clinton. The rider sustained cuts and bruises and was treated as the scene.
