Three gang members, including teenage boy, shoot Hanford man

Two Hanford gang members, including a teenage boy, were arrested after being accused of shooting a man in Hanford on Friday night, police said.

Police were called to the 300 block of East Ivy Street around 8:50 p.m. after a victim had been shot multiple times, officer Nathaniel Estrada said. The victim, Edgar Robledo, 23, was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia. His condition was unknown.

The Kings County Gang Task Force was asked to take on the investigation because the suspects were active gang members, Estrada said.

Isacc Garcia, 18, and a 17-year-old boy, both Norteño gang members, were arrested and booked into the Kings County Jail and the Kings County Juvenile Center on Saturday, Estrada said. A .380 caliber handgun, marijuana, cocaine and Xanax were recovered. Another suspect is still on the loose.

Garcia was booked on multiple charges including suspected attempted murder and possessing a controlled substance for sale, Estrada said. The 17-year-old was arrested for suspected attempted murder and for participating in a gang.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call the Hanford Police at 559-585-2535 or the Kings County Gang Task Force at 559-589-1960.
