Bicyclist killed in apparent hit-and-run Tuesday night in Fresno identified

The Fresno County Coroner’s Office has identified the bicyclist killed in an apparent hit-and-run collision in central Fresno on Tuesday night as Gary Allen Pullen, 61, of Fresno.

The crash occurred about 8 p.m. at Palm Avenue and Saginaw Way, according to the California Highway Patrol. A white Lexus left the scene after the collision, but it is uncertain if the driver, a minor, actually hit the bicyclist, or if another vehicle struck Pullen.

Detectives have made contact with the driver, but no arrests have been made.
