Detectives conducting probation searches due to an increase in gang violence in the last weekend found nearly 100 marijuana plants in an apartment in southeast Fresno on Wednesday.

Tom Douanaseng was seen walking out of an apartment at 709 N. Fisher St. around 9 a.m. carrying two potted marijuana plants. When officers searched the apartment, they found and detained two additional suspects, along with what police call an elaborate lighting and air filtration system. Two firearms, one stolen recently in Fresno, were also found.

The owner of the apartment, Danny Mor, was taken into custody on suspicion of cultivation of marijuana and possession of a stolen firearm.
