Visalia officers find 1.7 pounds of meth during traffic stop
Officers from Visalia discovered over a pound of methamphetamine and a large amount of cash during a routine traffic stop Friday morning near the Sequoia Mall.
The driver of the vehicle, Arian Lucatero, 23, was arrested and booked into the Tulare County Jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. Lucatero was out on bail for a previous narcotics charge and was also charged with committing a crime while on bail.
