Clovis police arrest trio and return stolen property

Clovis police officers returned $20,000 worth of equipment to a Clovis concrete company and arrested three people for commercial burglary, Clovis Police said Feb. 8.

Brian James Navarro, Jr., 35, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property. Marc Anthony, 46, was arrested for possession of burglary tools and stolen property, Fausto Chaves-Castellan, 37, was arrested for receiving known stolen property.

The burglary was discovered between the night of Feb. 6 and morning of Feb. 7 – around a week after the burglary took place at Graham Concrete Construction, located north of Shields Avenue and near the intersection of Dayton and North Duke avenues.

Clovis police returned the stolen property to the company.

All three men were arrested and taken to Fresno County Jail.
