Fresno man arrested after attempted kidnapping at FAX stop
A Fresno man was arrested on Jan. 29 after he allegedly attempted to kidnap a woman at a central Fresno bus stop, Fresno Police said.
Mirce Djordjeski, 61, Fresno police said, approached a woman standing at a Fresno Area Express (FAX) bus stop on Clinton and First avenues around 4 p.m. and attempted to pull her into his vehicle.
Officers investigated and positively identified a suspect. Djordjeski was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail for attempted kidnapping.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call Fresno Police at 559-621-7000.
