Coalinga officers investigating gang-related shooting on Saturday night

The Coalinga Police Department is asking for information regarding a gang-related shooting on Saturday night in the 400 block of California Street.

Three suspects, believed to be gang-affiliated, were wearing dark clothing when they opened fire around 10:18 p.m. While no one was injured, two parked cars and a home were struck by the gunfire.

Officers found several 9mm bullet casings in the street and are still searching to identify suspects in the case.
