Hanford teen hurt in stabbing

A 17-year-old was stabbed late Wednesday in Hanford.

Police responded to the area of Armstrong and Butternut drives around midnight for a report of a verbal disturbance. Officers found a 17-year-old male stabbed once in the arm. He was taken to the hospital and treated for his injury.

Police believe the stabbing was gang-related.
