Two arrested with weapons in central Fresno
Two men were arrested and a stun gun and a loaded handgun were seized after a traffic stop Sunday night in central Fresno, police reported.
Sgt. Chris Desmond said officers made the arrests after a traffic stop for a mechanical violation near Olive Avenue and Golden State Boulevard. Officers learned that the passenger, Leonard Davis, was on felony probation and found him in possession of the stun gun. They then learned that the driver, Deshawn Marshall, was carrying the loaded handgun and was also on probation. Both men were booked into the Fresno County Jail.
