4 arrested; guns seized in Fresno operation
Fresno police seized weapons, high-capacity magazines and body armor Monday afternoon when they served a warrant at a home occupied by Bulldog gang members, Lt. Dave Ramos reported.
Officers obtained a search warrant for the home in the 4100 block of East McKenzie Avenue after receiving a tip about the firearms, Ramos said. When the Violent Crime Impact Team served it, they recovered two shotguns, an AR-15 rifle, an SKS rifle and a .38 caliber revolver. They also found a body armor vest, a military fragmentation vest and packaging material for methamphetamines.
Arrested on felony firearms charges were Cassandra Rodriguez, 26; Robert Salcido, 28; and Ernie Salcido, 33. Anthony Ramirez, 25, was arrested on a parole violation warrant. Ramos said Ernie Salcido and Anthony Ramirez are Bulldog gang members.
