Woodlake man jailed in Visalia stabbing
A man is in jail after Visalia police said he stabbed a 23-year-old in the abdomen early Saturday morning.
An altercation broke out between several people near Church and Main streets just before 1 a.m. During the altercation, Adan Espinoza-Cisneros, 21, of Woodlake, stabbed the victim, who is from Visalia, police said.
The injured victim was admitted to Kaweah Delta Hospital in Visalia and is in stable condition.
Espinoza-Cisneros was detained by downtown security until officers arrived.
Espinoza-Cisneros was booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
