Kings detectives investigate homicide

Kings County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a homicide discovered Saturday near Hanford.

Deputies were alerted to a report of a body near Houston and Second Avenue about 9 a.m. The victim was later identified as Gabriel Oliva Hernandez, of Visalia. The cause of death is under investigation. Anyone with information about the death is asked to contact detective Gracie Herrera of the Kings County Sheriff’s Office at (559) 852-2818.
