Man in critical condition after shooting at The Parks apartments

A shooting in central Fresno left one man in critical condition Sunday night after an argument broke out at The Parks at Fig Garden apartments.

A Hispanic male suspect wearing a black sweater with the word “Aztec” on it was seen fleeing the scene, Lt. Mindy Casto said.

Police are working quickly to preserve the crime scene before the rain forecast for overnight falls.

The man is currently in critical condition at Community Regional Medical Center.
