Two Tulare teens arrested on suspicion of fatal stabbing
Tulare police arrested two teenagers they say stabbed a man to death on Nov. 6.
Sgt. Andrew Garcia said that officers were dispatched to the intersection of North Sacramento Street and West San Joaquin Avenue around 4:30 p.m. for a disturbance. They found Eduardo Veyna, 21, of Tulare, bleeding from several stab wounds. He was rushed to Tulare Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Police arrested two Tulare teens, 15 and 16, and recovered the suspected murder weapon. Both were booked into Tulare County Juvenile Detention Facility on murder allegations.
The killing is believed to be gang-related.
