Men slain in Strathmore shooting ID’d

Two men killed in a shooting early Sunday in Strathmore were identified Monday by the Tulare County Coroner as Gregory David Brown, 25, and Richard Mandela, 22, both of Porterville.

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office said the shootings took place after a fight broke out about 1:30 a.m. in the 21200 block of Avenue 196. Jesus Rodriguez Soto, 22, was arrested a short time later in Porterville.
