A Visalia man was arrested Tuesday morning on suspicion of nine counts of lewd and lascivious acts involving four girls he contacted via the Internet, the Visalia Police Department said.
David Souza, 44, was arrested about 8 a.m. at his home in Visalia during a raid by the Central Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
This is the second time Souza has been arrested on suspicion of sex-related crimes involving minors.
Two years ago, he was arrested for allegedly molesting two girls under 14 and possession of child pornography.

He had established a fake profile as a teen boy and used a social networking application to contact girls and obtain nude pictures of them, police said.
He was free on bail.
Earlier this year, detectives found evidence not previously available showing that he tried to contact several girls around the world using the same social networking application. Detectives identified four girls, including one in Canada.
Souza was arrested without incident and booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility.
