A 20-year-old man who was captured robbing his victim on the victim’s dash cam is sought by Fresno police.

Sgt. Mark Hudson identified the suspect as James O’Neal. Hudson said the victim advertised a cell phone on Craigslist and agreed to meet O’Neal on Oct. 13 in the 5900 block of East Saginaw Way. When the victim arrived, he was slammed against his car and the phone was taken.

Hudson said the suspect sent the victim a taunting message said no one lived in the home, unaware that he had been recorded on the camera.
