1 arrested, 1 wanted for home invasion in northwest Fresno
A Fresno man was arrested for home invasion on Thursday, but police need help finding a second suspect who they say helped rob a home near Fir and Woodson avenues in northwest Fresno.
The incident happened Sept. 25. The victim stepped out of her house to get mail and while going back inside two men grabbed her around the neck and waist, Sgt. Jerardo Chamalbide said. The men pushed the woman into a bathroom while they ransacked the house.
Once the suspects left, the victim called police.
Ricky Bishop, 24, was arrested Thursday and the victim’s property was found in his home, Chamalbide said.
