Ricardo Jenkins, 31, was booked on three counts of assault with a deadly weapon after the arrest Thursday in southwest Fresno.
Lt. Joe Gomez said officers went to a home near Modoc Street and O’Neill Avenue about 1:30 p.m. to investigate a shots-fired call. Detectives found the victim parked in a fast-food restaurant at Fresno and C streets, where they discovered a bullet hole in the back of the vehicle.
