Two men caught on video stealing surveillance camera in Fresno

Authorities are searching for two men who were caught on video stealing a surveillance camera at a central Fresno home on Aug. 11, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said.

The theft occurred at 3:15 p.m. near Fruit and Ashlan avenues in a county island. The home had four cameras, but only the one in the driveway was stolen.

Two suspects are seen driving up in a white Ford Explorer XTL.

One suspect is described as being Indian or Hispanic who was wearing a Los Angeles Lakers hat and had tattoos on his forearms. The other suspect is white with a mustache and had a tattoo of the name Priscilla on his right forearm.

The camera caught the men in the act before it was disabled.
