Police investigate homicide in Tulare on Saturday

Police are investigating a homicide that happened Saturday, the Tulare Police Department said.

Officers responded to the area of Tulare Avenue and E Street just after 4 p.m. for a call of a man on the ground bleeding.

They found him unresponsive. Medical personnel tried to revive him at the scene but he died.

The victim’s name and cause of death weren’t immediately available.
