Two men arrested on gun charges in northwest Fresno

Two gang members were arrested after police said they were found to illegally possess a firearm on Friday in northwest Fresno.

Darrell Maxey, 19, and Davron Millro, 20, were found at Summer Field Inn near Blackstone and Sierra avenues with a loaded gun in the backseat of Maxey’s car.

According to police Millro was on felony probation.

After later searching Millro’s home, officers found ammunition in his room, police said.

Maxey and Millro were found to be Dog Pound Gang members, police said.

Desmyn Mitchell, 24, who with the two men, was issued a citation and released.

Maxey and Millro were booked into Fresno County Jail.
